Transforming Open-Source ERP into a Multi-Tenant SaaS Platform
This project involved transforming the open-source Dolibarr ERP into a fully customized SaaS platform capable of serving multiple businesses from a single application — moving beyond a single-tenant system to a scalable, commercially deployable solution.
We redesigned the core architecture to support multi-tenancy, subscription plans, tenant isolation, and centralized administration, ensuring each business using the platform operates securely and independently within a shared infrastructure.
Along with custom ERP modules, we built advanced permission management, automated business workflows, custom dashboards, billing logic, and third-party integrations — creating a scalable platform ready for commercial SaaS deployment.
